Charlene L. Usher, managing attorney of Usher Law Group, P.C., was admitted to the California Bar in 1997. She is a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the California State Bar. Ms. Usher is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit, the California Supreme Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Usher has over 15 years of workers’ compensation experience in northern & southern California. In her pre-law career, she successfully completed a Claims Certificate program and obtained her self-insured administrator’s license while a claims examiner. Ms. Usher’s claims-handling expertise provides an advantage to her clients and allows her to work as an effective team member with both employers and their insurance adjusters and third party administrators to achieve optimum results.

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Usher has specialized in workers’ compensation and employment defense. In 2001, Ms. Usher established Usher Law Group, P.C., a Certified woman and minority-owned firm, to meet the needs of sophisticated employers who appreciate attention to detail, responsiveness and excellent service.
